King Adlac Simivance II (b.c. 1930 of Fourth Age) was the High Chairman of the Kings' Council and the king of kings on RuneScape. He is known for his outrageous and biast views. He is the son of King Adlac Simivance I.
Etymology[]
It is said by the author that Simivance's name was created by the baby formula, Similac. Tremblay took Simi- from Similac and -vance from "Isomil Advance". His father was named from the Ad- of advance -lac from Similac. He was also inspired by Mr. Ludo Bagman from the Harry Potter series.
